A working session on what you are building: the data model it needs, who is allowed to see what, the integrations, and what version one must include. If you are replacing something, we start from its schema and security model instead of a blank page. You get the findings, the scope, and the price, whether or not you continue.
Generate
The starter system is generated on the platform: security registered, admin console live, screens and modules drafted, integrations wired where scoped. Weeks, not quarters, because the platform absorbs the plumbing and the data model supplies most of the requirements.
Prove
The system runs on real data. If it is a replacement, it runs next to the old one on the same database. Either way the work here is validation, not construction, and the gaps it finds are the honest 10 percent.
Hand off
Your developers take the code, or on the managed path we take the pager. Training on the conventions, the AI tooling, and the operations console is part of the engagement, not a change order.
